School Box kits are individually built, labeled with your child's name and grade and grouped together for delivery on a date and time arranged by our partnering schools. If you would prefer to have your kit(s) shipped to an alternate location, a $9.95 shipping charge will be added at checkout to cover additional packing materials and a portion of the UPS charges. For ship-to-home orders, please be sure to include your complete address at the time of checkout.
A great deal of care and resources go into building each of our custom School Box kits. Completed kits are safely stored by school in preparation for their travel to the school unless previous arrangements have been made for a ship-to-home option. Our customer service team can assist with changes to a preferred delivery method once an order has been placed. There may be a slight delay in shipping a kit home that has already been prepared for school delivery. In the event that a refund or return is requested, a fifteen (15) percent restocking fee will be incurred to cover the cost of labor and materials.
